Marzena Rudnicka – President of the Board

President of the Board of Rudnicka Consulting Sp. z o.o. Experienced leader of sales teams dealing with the commercialization of office and residential investments. Associated with the real estate industry since 2003. In addition to its core business: sales support for residential and office projects, she specializes in the investment property market and new forms of developer construction (aparthotel, apartments for seniors, intergenerational housing estates). Ms. Marzena Rudnicka obtained State License of Real Estate Broker No. 7057.

She is an expert of the Adam Smith’s Center, working on a model of a coherent development policy for the construction market in Poland. Vice-president and originator of the Confederation of Employers – URBI Union of Construction and Investment Market.

Since 2012, he has been involved in the preparation of the market for flats and residences for the elderly as well as other areas related to services for seniors. He is the founder and President of the Polish Institute of Silver Economy.

Since 2015, he has been a member of a team established in Brussels at two faculties of the European Commission – DG CONNECT and DG GROW, which as part of the „Neighbourhood of the Future” program prepares the European Reference Framework for Age Friendly Housing.

He prepared and conducted sales and marketing of development investments such as Constans and Tamka 29 for Ronson Development, Rezydencja Woronicza for Budner Inwestycje, Harmonium for SJM Investment, Finlandzka 4, Łodygowa 11, Villa Volare, and Wiśniowa for WRC Estate Investment.

Marcin Hermansdorfer’s duties include maintaining relations with developers, coordinating the work of people dedicated to sales offices, preparing sales and marketing strategies, conducting negotiations with clients, participation in signing contracts, setting internal procedures, contacting subcontractors with marketing activities.
